Men's Dining Club

On Saturday, August 28, l999 at 7:00 p.m., we will be dining at the exciting and colorfully decorated L'Uraku, located at 1341 Kapiolani Boulevard in Uraku Tower.  This fine restaurant, featuring Euro Japanese cuisine, has been featured favorably in several recent articles.  Chef Hiroshi has prepared the following menu, especially for our group:

FIRST COURSE
Nori-Wrapped Kalua Pig Spring Roll
or
Vegetarian Spring Roll
both served with lime mustard soy dipping sauce

SECOND COURSE
       Nalo Green Salad and Peppered Shrimp
                   served with Chef Hiroshi' s mustard sesame vinaigrette

MAIN COURSE (Choice of one)
       Garlic Steak served with steamed vegetables, arrugala and light
teriyaki sauce, steamed white rice
or
        Miso-yaki Butterfish served with steamed baby bok choy, sauteed garden
              vegetables and balsamic reduction, steamed white rice
or
        Pork Loin Rack sauteed and served with rice pilaf, stir fried vegetables
and Hauula tomato lomi

DESSERT (Choice of one)
        Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate Mousse
or
             New York Style Vanilla Bean Cheese Cake
